To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached.
2. Timeframe:
You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate a refund or exchange request. After 7 days, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
3. Proof of Purchase:
To complete your refund or exchange, we may require proof of purchase such as your order number or receipt.
4. Return Shipping:
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
5. Refund Process:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

If you wish to exchange your item for a different size, color, or style, please contact us to arrange for an exchange. Exchanges are subject to availability.

Items marked as “Final Sale” cannot be returned or exchanged.
